Everything okay here is more than perfect the room is very nice cleaning the food is very delicious the staff is very friendly and helpful the GR is very helpful special thanks for Mr Haithem he is very friendly and polite than you Rixos team for a great stay❤️❤️

The hotel is amazing, the stuff is really nice and helpfully! That’s amazing that you can hear real music almost everywhere! Lady’s playing a violin and 🎷 and even arfa😍😍😍 We enjoy holiday, that was lovely! We would like to back🥰 Thanks for all stuff!

Consistently inconsistent

Overall we found Rixos Adults Only to be severely lacking in the 5 star service it advertises, chiefly down to the inconsistent and at times poor customer service. During one evening meal at the Salt restaurant, we were waiting more than 15 minutes after being seated before anyone came over to take our drinks orders. Another major setback was the service at the beach bar. On several occasions we were served evening cocktails in paper coffee cups, and on one occasion a beer I ordered was served in a half full paper cup. Many of the cocktails were undrinkable and did not taste anything like they should. Finally the evening entertainment was more reminiscent of an 18-30s Ibiza holiday. I have never had such poor sleep on holiday before as every night heavy dance music would be blasting away from the evening’s entertainment - often provided by acts such as ‘DJ Hell Fox’ - not exactly the relaxing vibe you would expect! The music could be heard in our room making it difficult to go to bed early. Additionally, the hotel is insistent on playing loud, heavy music around the main pool which can also be heard in the surrounding areas. We suggest using the pool by the main lobby as this was usually more quiet. There are a number of positives. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed, a good (if slightly noisy) air conditioning system and a well stocked minibar. The bathroom was a bit tired and needed sprucing up but was otherwise fit for purpose. There are excellent pool/ beach facilities. The pool by the main lobby had great service from the waiters on roller skates and the lifeguards around the hotel also work very hard to ensure the area is tidy and provide towels. The restaurants we tried - Salt, Taj Mahal, The Brazilian and the sushi restaurant - served great food but we’d recommend staying up past midnight to book them as they can get very full very quickly. The buffet is quite hit and miss. Breakfasts and lunches are generally good but we did feel dinners could be better with more choice each night. Overall while we enjoyed some of the hotel’s facilities, we leave feeling the hotel is distinctly average compared to other resorts we have stayed in.

Very close to airport. Check in very smooth. Room request was honoured, ground floor in Building 4. Pros Room was spacious with everything you would expect and kept spotless by Ahmed. Grounds beautiful and well kept. Food and service generally very good. Particularly liked having lunch at Salt near the beach. Recommend both the fish and the steak sandwich finishing off with a Movenpick ice cream. Drinks were good and service at the bars usually good. There were golf carts to ferry you around with entertaining drivers. Cons We spent our day round the Oasis (heated) pool and sunbeds were too close together for us. We managed to get beds in a quietish area but had to get the towels down before 7am. Bar and pool drinks service could be patchy. A la carte restaurant booking relied on using a QR code and places went very quickly. We never managed to get into Mangal, the BBQ restaurant. Generally we had a great holiday but the hotel was just a bit big for us and busy round the pool.

Greatest staff I've ever come across at a hotel.. friendly, attentive and so caring towards me and my wife.. Best place to visit highly recommend
